HISTORY

Tom Hicks Baseball Camps (THBC) was founded by Tom Hicks in the summer of 1989. Tom has founded and directed youth baseball camps in our community for 32 years. Since the camps inception, THBC has been attended by well over 42,000 campers.

Grandpa Tom and the LB Legend, Joe Hicks (Father).

THBC focuses on teaching individual baseball techniques at age appropriate levels. Each camper is guaranteed exposure to the proper way the game of baseball should be played.

Your child will be provided the opportunity to practice these fundamentals each day in camp with individualized supervision of our trained and experienced coaches.  Each day in camp your child will have the opportunity to refine and polish their skills in game-like situations.

At the conclusion of each weekly session of camp, your child will receive an individualized written evaluation by his or her instructor/coach providing specific tips for their continued development.

Along with excellent baseball instruction, your child will be exposed to interpersonal skills such as, teamwork, hardwork, commitment, fair play, sportsmanship, and personal responisbility.  Tom Hicks and the coaching staff, provide excellent role models for your child.
